Greg Bibas
Founder & CEO
Greg brings deep experience in management consulting, operations, and technology to UpGPT. His background includes Bain & Company, where he advised Fortune 500 leadership teams on growth strategy, operational transformation, and technology-driven efficiency programs, along with extensive operating roles as a fractional CMO and COO across SaaS, healthcare, professional services, real estate, and e-commerce.
He has been building automated systems for decades — from early-stage marketing automation and data pipelines to the multi-agent AI platforms that power UpGPT today. After watching businesses across every vertical lose millions to missed calls, no-shows, and disconnected tools, he built UpGPT to give every company access to the AI workforce that was previously reserved for enterprises with seven-figure tech budgets.
Greg holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he concentrated in Strategy and Finance, and a bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania. His combination of management consulting discipline, operating experience, and deep technical fluency is what makes UpGPT's cross-industry approach possible.
